Apart from the PC version, this game has a PSX (PS1) version and - as with all games from that era - you'll likely to get far better results running a console version on an emulator, than trying to run the native PC port. Even if the PC version runs fine on the modern system, the visual fidelity will be awful. The emulator will run the PSX version of the game in whatever resolution you like, with proper aspect ratio and with quality of life features.
The legality of obtaining the game's disc image is questionable (well, not really; it's simply illegal); but that's for your own consideration.
Personally I often chose the emulated console versions while I owned their PC equivalents.

They are both Extra Odds, so you can put all your GalaSilver into it. They are also both almost a month away.
So you could easily put 240x20 = 4800 IS in one and 10x240 = 2400 IS in the other.
If you want to win giveaways, you are surely not helping your chances with Extra Odds-giveaways that are more than 20 days away.
