Yeah, this quest literally takes longer to download than it takes to click through the tutorial until you can change your name and make the screenshot.

Do any of you know, why sometimes field of giveaway winners name is empty? It's some minor site bug?

No, I think it won't let you click whatever you want from the start. Just like other "games" like this, it drags you through certain basic menus and a couple of fights - just click what's highlighted, turn on high-speed autofight and after a couple of minutes you will have no highlights interrupting you so you can freely access the menu in top left and do your thing. Well, it can take longer if you're going to actually read the instructions on how to play that trash

Man, I am really trying to save 1k diamonds and hoping for that event with guaranteed steam wallet for 10x supreme steam pack. Though I am only at 347 diamonds.
