It's one of those spam games that people only buy to level up on Steam. They (Steam) purged a lot of those games a long time ago.

I think it's more to show off that they got like 10000 achievements on their profile. I still see some games with lot of achievements available. Like games with achievements that look like English letters in a different style and people use it showcase achievements that look like their name.

let me guest.you bought a game and bundle,positive feedback, and part of steamgroup

This game is one of them. But it is already delisted, so Steam does not count that achievements in overall stats, and it is literally crashes from time to time when you trying to open achievements tab for this game.
