You seem like a lovely man but you avatar is so scary. I wish you bother’s grandson gets better soon. ❤️
P.S. You avatar is from some old game? It looks familiar.

Thank you Pink Duckling. It’s just a character from an old game.

In the late 80s I was in Japan travelling around the world and working in a restaurant where one of the Konami project managers was having lunch every day. One day he walked up to me and said why do you work here? I replayed: "I’m sound engineer for a local radio station but I’m taking a year or two off to travel the world". He offered me to come with him to his office and I got a job working with some weird computer program pulling sliders up and down until we managed to make something that sounded like a music. I was young, in my early 30s, nearly 2 metres tall, 120kg and bald. One day people in the office started calling me Paco Loco. Little I knew at the time that he was a boss in one of their upcoming arcade games called Sunset Riders.

I didn’t like my job, working 6 days a week 12 hours a day. After some time I decided to quit and I returned back to my country, by than I was known to everyone as Paco Loco. That’s enough about me. I hope you had fun reading this. :)

I know what you mean. I have DBD but I am not playing because after a match my laptpop overheats so much even lowering graphic settings.
Same here, huge backlog but I "just can't get enough" of other games.:ROFLMAO:
I keep grabbing DLCs here trading for DLCs there but never once actually played a DBD match. I am so dying for an upgrade but the prices just ain't coming down from their ridiculous levels 😫

Still the game greed never ends! More games! More games!! :ROFLMAO:

PTB is the Public Test Build for a new Chapter, witch is Ringu this time. Sadako's power looks pretty interesting and I love the teleport through the TV xD here's the reveal trailer
Sadako? Sign me up! Probably one of the most interesting of Killers there are out there 😃

I'm excited even though I cant play DBD on my potato PC, and it's the Original Sadako not the hollywood remake even though the director is the same in both movies.
Potato shuts down to the ground the instant DBD gets to home screen for me 😅

Obscuring codes is our anti-bot mechanism, using DMs for giveaways is our anti-ninja mechanism and now we need an anti-lurker mechanism.
That will require masking a giveaway as a normal conversation.
"Today we will discuss about Sadako with not intention of doing ANY giveaways. So please do NOT join!" 🙃

:ROFLMAO: Me again, thinking I saw a dirty word.
Yes in short my pc is a piece of crap. Can't even run any low spec games like Valorant without auto power off an hour at most into it 😂

This is really an interesting story, thanks for sharing.
I wonder why he went and ask you why you work in a restaurant? Does it mean you stand out too much from it? :p
I think it is quite rare for Japanese to hire foreigner at that time.

In case you are wondering I'm not new here but my account is. I gifted my old IG account together with my steam account full of games to my brother’s grandson who is only 14 and fighting leukaemia. Don’t feel sorry for me I’m fine. Oh and I am old, way too old for this but here I am retired and getting into gaming again...

Please feel free to ask for any of the games above.
Welcome Paco Loco! Glad to have you with us! (y)
(Better have a bald 2-meter high giant on our side!)
Rules on page 1. Hidden giveaway on page 295.

I'm glad you liked it. He was looking at me for months but never said anything. I felt so awkward around him but in the end he invited me to a different restaurant for a lunch and made me a job offer. His English was also perfect, way better than mine at the time which was also unusual. Perhaps restaurant owner where I worked put in a good word for me? I will never know.

Thanks for sharing your story, it was very interesting. I love 80s and japan :D I would like to visit one day japan but I would never work there, they work too much for my tastes. Sunset Riders great arcade game in 90s!

I grabbed too some DLC before playing the game, but haven't played so much, good for me for a couple of matches from time to time.

The patch reportedly fixes one of the problems you had issues with in your previous post, the phone calls , you can actually turn them off now o_O
The more patches Cyberpunk receives , in better state it will be .
Yeah you're right, but there's a big issue: the patch completely f**ked up the game installation. The funny thing is CD Projekt knows everything but don't know how to fix it 😂🔫 Now my blu-ray is an exprensive coaster 👌

BTW, i looked at the rules and decided 2ask: Should i really delete such posts? This thread would be a little bit smaller, or not so little if all would follow this rule.
No, leave them as is. And you are right, and have a good point. That rule should be removed.
(Jer7cho liked your post, so he could be altering the rules while we are typing away.)

You don't have to , even I did not followed that rule as much as should have .
Well, I vote for removing the rule. (y)
We should follow the KISS-principle.
