If i remember well, there was a catch on Epic, it was a special version and you could not play it all the time. I'll see if i can find something about it.

I got key with appid 28802 https://steamdb.info/sub/28802/apps/
it adds both Doom 2 and Master Levels for DOOM II to the library. Master Levels is not sellable alone on steam you can get with Doom 2 or with Doom Classic Complete Doom Classic Complete on Steam

Because Master levels are not included in Doom 3 Bfg. I just miss Final Doom and Doom 64 to complete the "classic" Doom 90's saga Final DOOM on Steam DOOM 64 on Steam

I thinked doom 1 in BFG is final, with episode 4? oh, i see, i confused it with another addons.
D64 is $0.5 on sales, and surely worth buying.

I know it is very confusing: Doom 3 Bfg comes with
- Doom 1 + Ultimate Doom with the add-on 4th episode Thy Flesh Consumed
- Doom 2 + expansion No Time For Living
- Doom 3 + Resurrection of Evil + The Lost Missions

So you need to buy separetly Doom 2 (to have Master Levels) and Final Doom, or just buy Doom Classic Complete to complete the collection.

Oh great, didn't know about this. I opened now Bethesda client and I didn't do it since last quake con 2020 and I see Quake 1 update with some features and enhanced version. I'm glad Bethesda library will migrate on Steam on April, I will increase my Steam library a little bit more.
