Is there any strategy to Picking other than "Avoid the dark ones" and "Move as little as possible"? I hate that challenge and I sometimes fail at it even with -5 malus because they give you so little time.

The only challenge that I can beat with -10 malus is Hoeing. Watering seems viable, if I can nail the timing/aim. Everything else seems mathematically impossible to me.

It is only experience points that help you level up in AWA. Alienware Reputation Point could be its expansion according my guess.
