Giveaway Checking Problem

Hi there People, i have a Problem in my Profile under Giveaways, i entered alot and now they finished and actually need to be checked if i Won.

But it doesnt work, if i make Check all, it says then Won 0/Checked 0. And if i refresh the Page, all the Giveaways to check are still there.
Even if i would try each Manually, it doesnt work.

Here the Screenshots, that i have Giveaways and after i clicked the Check Button.

Dont know whtat the issue is, i had no Internet for over a Week cause my LAN Cable got damage and now the first i come to that Page, damage.

Hope can fix it somehow ^^

On the main page you can see a maintenance announcement. It's still ongoing. Should be fixed soon? If you actually won something it will still show up in the won section.

Yeah well, we need to have patience and wait few Days i guess. ^^

Dont know what they do exactly, lets hope the Result will be good in the End.

Same here. I have unchecked giveaways I entered dating back to 26 Sep, but when I click to check it always returns "Checked: 0 Won: 0". At least I can access the forum now... baby steps I guess.

I have the same issue, and the "Maintenance" message is no longer on the main page. I think there might be a problem remaining.

Hi there, yeah, i saw it right now too. Nothing fixed at all after 2 Days already i think or 3.

Dont know what they are doing, improve, make it safer and such. Well, never change a running System, most times the People damage more then to make it better.

Yeah, most places with a large public-facing website like this test major upgrades in a sandbox before deploying...

Good News : Checking works again (for me)

Bad News : Checked : 378 ---- Won : 0


EDIT : I actually did win something, one of these totally overpriced 200 quid / 160 galapoints ####games
(appeared under "completed won" not during checking)

It's still not working properly. I believe that Checked / Won is false and you still can't access Completed Won giveaways.

And I can't leave a comment in the giveaway page.

I checked my won giveaways and it said that I won a game, but when I go to "Completed Won" I always get that "Sorry, these data are not available at this moment." error message. Please fix this.

EDIT: It's working again! Thanks for the quick fix!

For me it still doesn't work, always saying "Sorry, these data are not available at this moment". And in all "Completed to Check" giveaways that i check it says "avatar" in place of the winner. I don't understand how it's possible to work for some and not for others but i hope it's fixed soon because i can't see if i won anything and do the proper rating instead of the automatic one that might be false.

It's interesting to watch people trying to game the giveaways while this is still broken... the $650 EVE Online DLC and the $1000 "The Leverage Game" giveaways... assuming the feedback defaults to positive after a few days with no action by the recipient (who can't respond while it's broken).

I don't know; the next day I checked and an automatic positive feedback was already given(much faster than the usual delay for an automatic positive feedback).
