giveaway feedback - how long should it take?

So I thought that if you don't provide feedback within 3 days, the system provides it automatically. Am I wrong, is it longer than 3 days? Because for me, I have created one giveaway that ended on the 3rd of Nov and it's now 9th of Nov and the hourglass icon is still there. According to my calculations, the feedback should have appeared on 7th of Nov. Is this happening for anybody else?

well I was waiting to see what would happen to my Magicka DLC giveaway that was supposed to autogenerate feedback today at 08:00 and nothing happened there either. I'm probably gonna stop creating giveaways until this is fixed, I remember my feedback always arrived after 3 days (so technically on the forth day)

normally people don't come to the site everyday, it will only get worst when you try to enter and it's sucessively down.

Yesterday i contacted them via Email about the no feedback by the winners. And they told me that auto feedback time is 3 days, and they changed all my feedbacks from 3 and 4 November to Positive from Waiting.

well it's not written anywhere as far as I know, but I've been keeping tabs on feedbacks for 5 months and it NEVER took longer than 3 days before, it always worked like this before: If giveaway ends on Nov 3, then 3 days are Nov 4+5+6 and if the winner doesn't give feedback, then on NOV 7th (so fourth day) you get the feedback automatically.

EDIT: but actually it's confirmed to be 3 days since Waqar G. has info straight from support so...

i have the same problem, one from 3rd and one from 6th Nov.
if anyone is going to report this, could you forward support to this thread?

you might still get auto-feedback for that 6th Nov giveaway, since it's supposed to be dropped on 10th Nov (always auto-assigned on the FOURTH day). but the 3rd Nov is bugged out for sure

sadly it didnt work out for the 6th one, too. I was writing here when the Time had already passed on the 4th day (exact time). Today its still pending as well. So yeah... the 6th is also affected.

strange, my feedback for 6th Nov appeared, but maybe it was manual feedback by the winner, that would explain it. ah well, there's apparently nothing left to do but email support

Now my giveaway of 7 Novembers are without any feedback. They really need to fix this. And some of the giveaways on the giveaway page shows 0 entries but when you open them it shows actual amount of tickets entered.

Yup. I had feedback but they set it manually, it was not automatic as they claim it to be 3 days.

I've been waiting over a week now on one. When I win giveaways, I always give feedback within a day or two so it just sucks to have someone not give feedback for literally 8 days.

I guess some people just don't check everyday, or well for a whole week I guess. that's not supposed to happen though, there appears to be glitch in the system. If you're talking about a giveaways that ended anywhere between 3rd November and 6th November, we already know those definitely are bugged. Otherwise when someone takes too long to give you feedback, you should be automatically given feedback by the system itself. But again, that appears not to be working at the moment for some giveaways

EDIT: as WD reports below me, it's now apparently an issue even past 3rd November

I have the same problem, all giveaways from November 3 to November 9 are not closed. While I wait and hope that the errors will be corrected. I don't want to clog up technical support with such messages.
