I was trying out Feudalive but got a message saying "giveaway locked due to suspicious activity" even though I haven't played this game in over a year. Why does it trigger for me if I don't even use it regularly?

Did anyone manage to fix this or find a way to report it because I've been like this since January and I haven't seen any way to report it on the website.
I haven't been sorting keys on the website since the summer of 2024, which was when the page started to go wrong.
