Giveaway locked due to suspicious activity

Hi, anyone is having, or had this issue before?
I played one time the game to gather the weeds, claimed my prize, went for another game..."Giveaway locked due to suspicious activity".
Wich activity?! I´m not suposed to, if i win to claim my key?

yea it happened to my account as well. I just went in and click on giveaway and it also show me this issue. Dont know why but this is the first time it happens to me.

This is just great. For more than a few days I couldn't play at all, the loading continued forever. Deleting cookies and trying the DNS thing suggested by the support didn't help, and now 'Giveaway locked due to suspicious activity.' What the hell did I do to be regarded as suspicious? Trying to refresh the page or closing it and opening again?

this is only temporary, last time it only lasted a couple minutes for me, try again later. it's apparently some kinda algorithm, if you have dynamic IP address like me for example it sometimes does this (although I'm not 100 % sure that is the cause)

Yeah I was doing the giveaway on the family computer, and my brother wanted to do it on his account, so he logged out of mine and logged into his but then it said the error message when he tried to play.

Maybe, currently because of my work I stay here during weekdays, and there during weekends. I log in from 2 different IP addresses, but consistent 2 addresses I got. This time I managed to load a minigame, chopping down the trees, but now "Inconsistent Data Detected! There was some inconsistency while processing your game data!" Ha...... WHY!!!

Edited: Finally I managed to play and get a key, but it's a DLC of a unknown game.... IRDTD-0Z530-Q9?M? / ? - the number after 2.

I really want to play feudalife challenges but I think I'm forever locked. I hope this bug will fix soon
