Giveaway Section Broken???

In the last few days, i have noticed there are problems with the giveaways section. 4+ pages of expired giveaways, giveaways sorted by time to expire are out of sync and pages partially repeating even though i have moved to the next page. I mean the page used to crash a lot but this seems worse than normal. This is more to raise awareness of the issue rather than asking how to fix it as i know only the people at indiegala can fix these issues. Anyone else having problems?

Maybe something with winter/summer time change? :unsure:

has anyone tried reporting it via an email ticket? there used to be an admin that would monitor the giveaways forum, but these days it feels abandoned. Paula used to respond to email tickets, but last interaction with "her" was pre-covid....

today the entire giveaway section is broken. click on level 3 giveaway filter and you might get level 1 or level 7. and on several pages, it's told me that i don't have enough iG silver even though the system is showing ~80.

if they are as careless and sloppy with the rest of the site as they are with the giveaways, i would STRONGLY recommend that no one enter credit card or any other personal information into the site right now

There are already numerous people having problems with purchases not showing up and bundle pages not loading so i think there are general issues with the whole site for a long time. The only thing i would buy are bundles at the moment as i would not want to risk having to deal with an issue if i did buy a AAA game from them. I have reported the issue to support so hopefully they can get someone to look at the site and fix it.

thanks for doing that. i think IG was one of the first non-Steam game retailers that I bought from and it still remains one of only five or six total. i've had problems with duplicate keys or invalid keys in purchases from them, but never a complete missing purchase/order. but i definitely wouldn't rule that out right now with these other issues. sad to see it deteriorating like this
