Giveaway Section Down?

As the title states, is the giveaway section down?
I can access all the other parts of the site, but the Giveaways give me a "500 Internal Server Error"

It's not down. One can browse that section freely as an anonymous user without a single error.
So, it's configured to respond as if it were down for registered users only.

(There was a message above suggesting this may be a new kind of ban. I can't see it anymore. I responded to that suggestion):

I feel helplessly left alone, without information, without access to my profile.
Taking care of the community is different.

Looks like select users are having problems though. Hope it gets resolved for everyone.
