Giveaway/Trade from a Steam-Gift possible?

Hello,
ive got some steam games (as gifts) in my steam inventory. since non-guaranteed trades are already possible im wondering if its also (somehow) allowed to giveaway games from my inventory. but that leads to the problem that i cant get the gamekey out of a game which is in my inventory but creating a game trade/giveaway on indiegala requires the input of a key.
is there any legit way of doing such trades/giveaways?

Send gift to your email, insert the link in the email into the text field?

im not that experienced with steam gifts. what will i get when i send it to my own email adress? would the link you mentioned give access to the gift?
would it even work to put such a link into the code field? since the form expects a code input.

1st- your can write anything into that field and it will work. Srsly try something like poopfart.
2nd- you can use any email to get the link, you can even cut the reciever email from that link and it will work.

Yet i guess its better to wait for a response from mods

I think they should add some more features to the trading and giveaways so we could get rid of our steam gifts and non-steam keys.

well. the site is only selling steam keys and actually 99% of the users are here because of steam keys. non-steam-key features arent needed here.
a reply from a mod would be nice if i can giveaway a steam gift as mentioned before.

but as XJ9 said:
you can fill anything in there (well at least the last time I tried)

If your giveaway is that what you proclaim (ie a steam key for the stated giveaway) I don't see a problem.
It won't give you warranty that the receiver will mess it up.
This problem is as old as IG ga.
And yes I've contacted the support about this.
