Giveaway winner didn't give feedback so I can't get XP

I gave away a key for something and the winner didn't say if it worked or not. This means I can't get XP for it. I've tried contacting him but I've been unable to. I don't want to do giveaways where I won't get XP for doing it. Also there's a giveaway I won but I don't know how to say that the key works. I went to the thumbs up button in my library where all the giveaway stuff is and it just opens a box with a - in it and nothing else.

If they havn't given feedback in a couple days write support and they will do it. There is an auto feedback system after so many dues but sometimes you have to write support I think. I usually write support if its been a week+. Also some giveaways are guarenteed giveaways where you don't have to leave feedback. Guarenteed means they bought it from IG and havn't revealed key yet.

From what I observe, it took somewhere from 2 weeks to near a month for giveaways without feedback to be marked as good and give XP to the giver (without writing to support).
