Hey everyone,
I've created a few giveaways and I know the keys should all work. Now, however, a key allegedly didn't work and I don't know myself which key that could be. Is there any way I can see the key? Not that I'm rated badly, although the key works.

if I understand you correctly, no, you can no longer see the key you used in the giveaway. You can indirectly identify the key that was used for it, if you remembering the game. Create a new giveaway, and when you press the final confirmation button, the site will throw an error 700. These not-so-informative numbers mean that the key was once used in a giveaway.
(And this is not a very suitable topic for these questions, to be honest, here everyone takes and gives games).
But, in general, better explain what exactly is your problem?

I bought the games especially for Indiegala and several keys directly and these have definitely not been used. So I don't understand why I got a negative feedback. Because there are several keys for one and the same game, I can't understand which key. Otherwise I would test him.
Not that there are users who rate badly, but use the key themselves for a giveaway.
Is there a topic here that addresses this problem?

I dont think you will find any answers for that.
This will come as a suggestion but here is what you can do.
First dont send any giveaways If you dont know and see key visually. You can never track that and since you cant see the key you will be lost, you will get confusion, paranoia and lotsa negatives. You will never know what keys sent and you will never know If you send same key again and again.
So as a result only send giveaways If you know the key already.
Now lets make a plan, you have some keys and how can you track them ?
I will explain this whole situation with an imaginary example
First step buy keys that you can see.
Now when you buy gather them together line by line
IAPZ3-3XDAA-0NE6F
ILDL4-RK9JB-LNE0K
I8MYT-0WLXX-I7C6K
I9PHP-INXLY-8X6VW
Second Step
Note all these keys in order as a text file and save them
If necessary put a number on them and save it
Keys.txt
1 IAPZ3-3XDAA-0NE6F
2 ILDL4-RK9JB-LNE0K
3 I8MYT-0WLXX-I7C6K
4 I9PHP-INXLY-8X6VW
Third step
when you open a giveaway be careful not to send a duplicate key so always go with the order double check what you are sending from your Keys.txt
You can give it a number to your giveaway by entering info, check following picture for it
With that eplanation (No1 BeatHazard) at your giveaway. Now only you know what you sent as a key to this user.
Now you can track everything
If the user gives you negative feedback and you are sure that your key works
go to your keys.txt erase that number 1 key which is 1 IAPZ3-3XDAA-0NE6F
save the new text.
key is gone he uses or not doesnt matter once key is given at a giveaway erase that key from your text file immediately.
Fourth step
If a user gives you negative go to your library
Library | Indiegala
than sellect giveaways
than from there at the bottom go to blacklist
and add that person profile to your blacklist
Now he can never enter any of your giveaways.
With this method you can track and know who gets what or what keys you are holding

I bought the keys especially for indiegala, several for one game. The keys must work for this reason.
I made a list of the keys just like you wrote and deleted the key from my list after each giveaway.
I already put the user on my ban list, all other keys were positive feedback.

Then you've done all you can due unless you message the user personally.
Did you activate at least one key to test if they worked?
I've gotten negative feedback because a key said "For Beta Testing" even though it was a full game.
They were scared that they got ripped off...after contacting them and explaining that dev keys were usually labeled that way they reversed the feedback.

Some people leave negative reviews just because they can. I have one of these. and the second because I had a replacement in case of problems, but it was easier for a person to leave a negative review than to contact me. People

I wrote a message to the user why the key didn't work and he left an 'error' as a comment. But I didn't get an answer.
I find it really rude when you get something for free and the user spends money on it so that others can enjoy it.

Welcome to the club...but if you were more aware of the situation on this site as a whole, you'd realize they expect secondary fake accounts, people trying to level (not simply give games away), and automated bots.
Since your posting in the wrong topic entirely and didn't bother to read any of the previous comments, particularly the first post which explains what each thread is used for...I'm going to assume your new to the site, or at least the forums.
There are plenty of forums where generosity is appreciated by users, reciprocated even, by the ones who genuinely appreciate it...and places where some users randomly gift games just because they want too.
This forum is one of them, created by RETRO who answered you once earlier, designed for users to share and request games when they want...unfortunately due to the issues here I mentioned at the very start of this message, its not as appreciated as it was when it was first created and the donations back into the list have become whatevers not from the fuedalife challenges that cost a nickel but sound good at the time.
A message to a "most" of the other users here...yes you've become that transparent, its why I barely even watch this thread anymore--and its a damn shame.
Sorry, thats been on my chest for awhile now...my point was that if your actually just feeling generous, there are better places to do it than the GA section where it would at least be appreciated by some users...too many fake accounts and all the levels gain you is entering higher level Giveaways (GAs) anyhow.
If your intention is to enter into those higher level GAs to win good games, its not really pure generosity in the first place and its unfortunately just how this site is...you have no reason to even bitch because your intention wasn't exactly selfless in the first place, deal with it.
I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just the blunt asshole around here...so I really don't mean any offense, I just tell it like it is, your gonna have to deal with it

Actually, I don't really care what my level is, it's just fun to take part in the giveaways. If I'm already participating, I'd also like to give something back.
Since I haven't been here that long, I had to gain my own experience
