I avoided it before because of reviews, but I decided to try a free Prime last week (noticed I was subbing to support Twitch players so I figured may as well take advantage of the free one offered plus the cool icon it gives you) so free is free.

I actually went to set it to cancel but they offered me an extra month for free, so I think you can actually get 2 free months of Prime.

Reminds me of when I signed up for Humble Bundle at half price for 3 months initially and they gave me 4 dollars off the next month if I'd signed up for another. It was enough to get me hooked for buying an annual membership which I'm stretching by skipping months w/ unattractive games. It prevents the % discount from building up in their store but that's a plus for me so I'm not tempted to drop so much.

I love me my discount lol...I'm broke as a really bad joke right now and I still refuse to cancel my sub :ROFLMAO:

Every month I literally remind myself like gotta have that HB funding in the bank lol.

Like you said, free is free...Its not like they're gonna miss the money 🙄

I lucked out on prime, happen to have a friend that has it and doesn't game...or ever intend to as far as I can tell, so I'm able to snag the freebies for nothing considering they do use the membership constantly for alot of other things.

So have you tried it? I checked the freebies a day or so ago but it wasn't there yet...and I got a bunch of life crap on my plate so it'll probably be a bit before I get to downloading any games (D2 would have put life on hold instead, nothing else lol)i...if you do end up playing it let me know what you think.

Considering I do my Amazon downloading on another drive on top of everything else going on, because I don't want any more info digging on my main drives...if your interested in it you'll likely get to it before I do regardless if its been added to prime yet.

Sadly, I stumbled into this place while I was having bad days...life just refuses to cut me any slack :LOL:

Homeless, moved, dump--someday...I'd like to just pop in and say shits actually going great, thought this move would've been that day, but I was wrong.

All you can really do is keeping looking forward and hope your luck will change for the better I suppose 🤷‍♂️
