Unfortunately it doesn't, feature is locked from what I can tell.

EDIT:

May require my burner to be attached but that would mean you can't make ISO files or local files regardless.

MyDVD Disk Menu includes a selection of menu templates covering DVD, Blu-ray and AVCHD, with output formats up to 4K

pinnacle has blu ray addon with additional cost. Maybe since its pro version, it already have it

The menu does, but its locked

Same issue with my cyberlink, it plays them but won't burn them. DVDFab is king lmao.

Unfortunately it now has server side activation and the trial sucks so its king nothing

That pinnacle is a heavy editor though, that parts really nice

I actually ran a movie through my Cyberlink version that does something similar (HD Upscale), I'll let you know how it compares once I have a chance to go through the process again.

That prog can also record your screen, games, videos, etc... Very nice feature.

I deleted the screen recording folder right out of pinnacle

Screen recorder = creepy

Yes, it has something called "Gif maker". Dunno how to use it yet.
