(My script still has some false positives, some are easy to explain others will take a little more tracking down. Also delisted games are pita, since steamDB does not have an API. TODO: look into scraping that site)

Today i'd like to request:

Vacuum cleaner robot simulator: pile sos edition
Petty's Adventure: Volcano
the lobster game

Yeah, I'd like to mark em used to I don't screw up and activate on mistake. Thanks, Ill start doing that!

when you give any keys to the pool mark it up as used

all the keys belong to the pool

but If no one request them for a long time. it maybe return back to you.

If it returns back to you than you add it as a fresh list (unused)

If your mentioning this because I asked...remember that I do program ;)

I may very well be able to help fix it up, rather than be offended by unstable code (y)

I'm well aware that testing takes time...one thing you learn after years of programming, expect the unexpected error and all things change with time, especially when dealing with websites.

Such a headache sometimes when you make a scraper

Are DIG keys reliable?
I ask this because i thought about it, but then i was on the fence about the reliability and i don't want to give keys that are duds.
I've never got a bad DIG key personally, but others here would likely have a better opinion than i would, I don't use it as often as most.

I HAVE got a key for a game with the incorrect game title once that was to some garbage game with an extremely similar name and not the one I thought it was...unfortunately I realized it so late I never got to see how support treated the situation.

One thing I do know for a fact, from people being pissed off about it is that once you mark a key as used on DIG, you have 7 days (iirc) to un-mark that key or its lost forever, even to the website staff itself.

Which is likely why pos was concerned about doing it...but in retro we trust, this whole forum is based on that faith in the boss.

If I was concerned about it I would keep my keys given to the arena in a separate spreadsheet, personally I'm not...what i give to the Arena is for the Arena.

Even if I decided to never come here again, I wouldn't ask for my keys back They're for the users 🤷‍♂️

EDIT:

People have the wrong idea that this is a swap forum, its a sharing forum. if you don't want to share what you give, don't give it in the first place.

Swap as you ask...at least you know your dues are paid if you leave and nobody owes anyone. (for the record pos--this is NOT directed towards you...you have a reason for concern with how much you share)

I never used DIG, but i know about that site for quite a while and i have noticed that their bundles are extremely cheap.
The thing is, i don't want to give 3 or 4 keys, some user asking for them, and they don't work.
Glad to know you never had any problem with keys, but if someone can give their take as well it would much appreciated.
Until today i never gave a key, on this site, on giveaways or any other, that didn't work. I would like to keep it that way since if i give something i really want that to work, i don't like to fool people even if by accident.

In that regard, I would have heard of many issues by now...its safe to say its ok to use, but beware that DIG has alot of asset flips and cheap smut which retro recently added some rules about (for good reason lol), that should be more of a concern than getting faulty keys--sometimes that just happens, keyshops are more likely to have that issue than DIG is.

I'd honestly say for the price you might be better off with indiegala bundles during happy hour (or even without) for this forum unless you wanted to donate alot for a low cost. Nobody really does those bundles usually either so people would likely want the games.

DIG has more asset flips and cheapos than its worth unless you know your indie titles tbh.

Its your money and your choice, but I'd check what you buy if you use DIG. Not for bad keys...for shit games lol.

I can see the future of dig here

8 games 50 cents nice and nice

but I try to keep Arena Pool list as clean as possible

so 5 hentai keys (No DLC) for 1 key request at Arena will applies

also for low keys or asset flips 3-5 keys for 1 key request at Arena will applies

you can see some asset flips or low keys at Pool listings its either entered as a sample, free, donation or counted as 5 keys (No DLC) for 1 request at Arena

All idea is here, we want different games but no repeats and trying to maintain a quality and balance for Pool listing at the same time.

Exactly my point, except better way of making it clear. For a 3.00 gala bundle (which you can get 3 of for like $6 if you buy again), its about close to the same price with a guarantee of things people would likely want...DIG has good games--if you really check them out, but its a hassle most people prefer not to bother with.

I give some DIG keys when I buy a bundle because I want games, I usually pick up the same bundle a few times and share those.

If you buy random DIG bundles just for low cost your likely going to end up with garbage and asset flips, maybe occasionally you strike gold on accident, but its not often

And don't forget keyshops, for the same price, you can usually get better games...but again, it takes looking at what your buying.

I just buy fanatical games usually, its cost over wasting my time...and some from keyshops, but again...usually games I wanted myself so I didn't need to do a hunt.

Those games are guaranteed to be wanted...and thats more important to me than trading 50 for other keys, the list always runs dry because alot of people do just that.

Right now I literally want nothing here...I still sent some keys the other day 🤷‍♂️

You get what you give...its something people need to remember, the better we all make the list, the more people are willing to add good things. Nobody wants to drop real games for +1 trash.

Almost worse sin than that; Chrome on a Chromebook :/ (The menu is not working; all the icons are faint and non functional)
Same issue, if you have a "files" option or use google drive it "should" let you do it that way. after selecting the "Open from" menu in the top right if they are similar. Whats needed is a way for you to force update chrome if you can, I wasn't able to myself on mobile.
