It literally says

"[e117]You are currently banned. Send an email to our support team."


I have no clue why I am banned. I don't have any second account, I made several positive giveaways. Never spammed anyone, always login from the same browser....


I hope someone from Indie gala support is able to help

Same here.

Well, at least bots now won't have issues with entering giveaways since they've started banning us legitimate users lol

i'm not sure but the mod said yesterday that they are balancing the anti-cheat system, i can see that today there's not so much offers in the GA section (below 200 for level 0, and only 397 for all levels accumulated)...

I am also banned with an [e117] error, and I only have one account and have given away TONS of games in the past. Please help!

Edit: update 2/8/2021 now working again, after requesting it be fixed using the email associated with my account.

Due to the raise of bot attacks to giveaways section ( who were ruining the experience of all users with thousands of fraudulent entries per hour ) we decided, among other measures we took, to forbid any disposable email address on indiegala.

In case your email domain is a disposable one ( or seen as disposable by major anti spam services ) please contact support and we will change your email ar re-enable your profile.

My profile is linked to gmail address (registered ages ago). Which email domain is "good" for Indiegala?
I contacted support on 2.02 request number is 32937 - still no answer.

Why not just add a profile section so we can change it ourselves?

So, should I contact support to change my mail? It seems like it takes a while for them to respond and my account seems to work now. I think if they have someone from support reading the forums it would be easier to just change the few people complaining here. It would take just a few minutes. Or like GoldenAllusion says, just add an option to change it ourselves

I am banned too and I don’t even know why. I also requested e-mail change from my Microsoft Outlook e-mail to the one provided by my internet service provider in the hope to avoid future problems. My ticket number is 40593. Thank you.
