I have today in webside giveaway Under maintenance Giveaways service is currently under maintenance. Whats is going on? And where is a giveaway n my profile.

Since IG is terrible at communication, we'll just have to wait and see. But there were something like 130 (or more!) giveaways for Lego The Hobbit (which, as a free giveaway on another site, is a forbidden giveaway title by Giveaways rules) that they could be clearing out. Haven't seen them take the whole feature offline for something like that before, though.

Ok Thanks but you see giveaway or i only have this problem?

Nope. whole giveaway system is down.

Thanks for your answer . I hope they will fix because I wanted a few games to give in giveaway to celebrate the Christmas

See? it was back up within a couple of hours with no discernible change (not even the prohibited giveaway items completely removed) and no explanation on the blog or in the forums or anywhere else. IndieGala is critically bad at communication....and website management/administration.

Hi All!

Maintenance has been made on the whole Giveaways and auction sections.
Now performances should be much better especially performing the "check if won" actions.

But the performance is much better, I used to wait many seconds before being told Whoops! Now it's instantaneous!
