Important: Check your WON section to see if you have won giveaways for the past few days! The TO CHECK section was not working well and they probably went directly to the WON section without you being notified. I had several giveaways that were waiting for me to be picked up in the WON section and not in the TO CHECK section.

You have to wait for the winners to spot they have winning bids and leave you feedback. I've just received XP for a game from someone who left a thumbs up in the last couple of hours so it is working, on one of the Giveaways that was affected and finished on the 22nd December. Unfortunately, people won't notice that they have won as the 'To Check' section does not include the affected games.
