Did your account got fix? Also got the same problem and reply still can't enter giveaway. Paula seem to be missing and hasn't reply back for awhile now Hope they doing ok.

Yes, there is another user in the family, VPN, if it was used, it was not used for indiegala, but for other purposes, also sometimes there were logins to indiegala from the work computer, through remote access
But all this did not prevent 1.5 years to go to indiegala, and now they woke up, and decided, let's block it?well ... okay

I don't know about playing (never participated in site's games), but giveaways section still gives a "You are currently banned" error
