Giveaways XP.. When?

So i gave away a bundle of games on the 18th of august.
Only 3 gave me positives, so the rest is either bots or ignorant people..

Now its the 28th of august, i remember reading somewhere that
giveaways are automaticle closed after a sertant amount of time
and positives given.. When

Maybe bots, maybe people who doesn't care but also people who didn't know how to do it... happened to me with my first win, the icon to mark as received is not very obvious :/

Yeah but some say 3 days, others 7 days. its been 10 days?

After 7 days, i would send a message/email to support stating the case. They will close the relevant giveaways and award you the experience. its happened to me quite a few times but if you e-mail them they will sort it out pretty fast

I had like 7 giveaways lacking feedback few weeks ago. Wrote into support and they fixed me up within like a day. You might try that if you want a faster response. Not sure if you need to link the giveaways in your support email or not but I did that just in case.
