There is a message on the page after you click the capcha that says something like: Please be patient. It might take up to an hour for the key to appear due to heavy traffic.

It's been over an hour and still nothing, and I know of people who had the same problem a few days ago and NEVER got the game

Yep, same here. And if I try to do it again - it gives the same result (congratulation, check your library). But when it works - it gives a message "Oops, you already have it" even if it's not in a library yet. Meaning - it's not working today. At all. :/

Same here, the info note says that due to high traffic could take at least 1 hour to see it on my library but honestly IndieGala Site is going down the hole for the last year

I'm going to have indiegala blacklisted from various websites (like reddit) if they are unable/unwilling to fix their system.
They are NOT obligated to give any free games, but they should NOT advertise it if their system doesn't work.
Personally I just wish they'd discontinue the golden flash giveaway thing as the (good) keys for non-trash games only ever go to trading card bot farmers.
Indiegala themselves don't see how these farmers get the keys and then immediately turn around and do giveaways to boost their 'giver level' to actually obtain the good ones.
It used to work fine. Daily flash giveaway set at 18:00 UTC+0 timezone. Easy. Simple. Done.
Then they started messing things up and changing the times constantly. One day they did it several hours earlier randomly. This only helped the bot farmers and regular users were SOL. Now they've outright refused to give keys even to those who did indeed manage to get a confirmation that they would receive the key within an hour.
If these IndieGala people are unable/unwilling to fulfill the self-imposed obligations to fulfill what they promised then they should stop promising anything. End the Golden Flash Giveaways entirely and stick to the standard 'Giveaways' section once a week or whatever for games.
It would also help to have more filters in Giveaways so I don't see 3+ pages of whatever Humble Bundle duplicate sale keys are being dumped by farmers.
Would be even nicer if IndieGala did what they claim to do about 'working directly' with legit people and get in touch with Humble Bundle to verify which accounts are abusing the Humble keys ToS and terminate them immediately (terminate both their Humble and IndieGala accounts and possibly report them to Valve for a Steam Account termination.
THAT kind of coordination and cooperation would really throw these disgusting anti-gamer bot farmers for a loop.
