Great mistake on new Giveaway creation

Hi everyone,

i want to warn you about my mistake by opening a new giveaway
i've open a Giveaway but with a really really mistake on the "note"...i've mistakenly entered the game key in the notes (which will surely have already used who noticed the error).

Yes, it's a duplicate - someone used it already.
You can close the giveaway though (so you don't get a negative from a winner) - just send a ticket to support...

I did that once and emailed support 2 minutes after making the giveaway and that was a month ago and I never got a reply. The person left me positive feedback, anyways so... I tried contacting the winner to let him know and to give him the right key, but he never replied to me, either.

idk... maybe it was related to site update... I know I had to close giveaways back in the days and usually support is fast to reply to those - closed them before the time run out (for 1-day giveaways), never had any issues on this part.
