The not-fair givers could use non-guaranteed keys any time they want, but it there's any way to check if the key is not valid, then using such an option could be very useful. The keys could be checked both at the beginning of the lottery and then from time to time, like every X minutes :)
Not sure if there's anything that would make it work through the coding - I'm not a programmer and have not even a slightest idea if that can be implemented. Anyway, I think it would have to be done on Steam end - any kind of extrernal program have a possibility of getting broken after every Steam update and so - giving out errors or invalidating keys.
But as it is - no, there's no way to do that right now. If you don't have that particular game on your account - it will either activate the game if that key is legit or say that it's duplicate (used already) or invalid key (non-Steam, revoked, any other kind of error including typos like 0-O). If you already own the game - it will just say that you have it on your account, but you wouldn't have any idea if the key is still good or if it was already used.

ummm.

give us a choice to show only the games we don't have,
choice to show what level we only want.
choice to hide some games we don't want to see regardless if we have it or not
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL.. the ability to CHECK ALL instead of clicking them 1 by 1..

also.. i noticed chance of winning on this site is very low?? is there a bias in the coding or the system?

I think they should simply ignore the ones that people lost, I believe keeping less entries in the database would be better for the server as well. Only send a notification to the winner and make it so that the game name is hidden until the winner clicks the reveal button so there will still be an element of surprise for "which game" they won.

Yeah, I also feel like there's something going on. I did win many games but all are lower quality ones. I don't remember winning something that I actually wanted. Makes you wonder eventually...

The problem is not really that you need to click through giveaways 1 by 1.

The problem is that there's a huuuuuge LAG while doing it!! Which makes it really tedious and wastes a great amount of time. There's no such problem, while going into offline browser mode, but will all work fine then?

Let's say that I see like 14 completed giveaways on screen and try going quickly through all of them, that is clicking 1-st one, clicking 2-nd one quickly after, then clicking 3-rd one... etc.
If I do this, then only 2, 3 or 4 out of 14 will be shown =( ... maybe 5, if I am clicking slow enough (I am gamer, so I click fast after all and gave good reaction time =P ).
If I click a giveaway, then move to the next one and start clicking if very fast (until it will uncover), I can reach even 10 clicks before it finally checks it... which IMO is terrible thing, whatever reason for that is.

Why there is so huge lag and time needed betweed unveiling the next giveaway?

How exactly it works?

Let's say that I go into library and Completed Giveaways. What happens now? Does it needs connection with every click on giveaway to check, if I win, or it preloads it all, then sends an information to the server when I click, to say if I unveiled it or not?

If you try going into the Offline Mode, there is no problem at all! You can just keep checking giveaway after giveaway and they all are uncovered. Why it's so different, while checking them normally? Is there a way to fix this giant lagspike and get rid of what blocks an user to check a next one?

Sometimes you need to check like few hundred of giveaways... it's so pointless to wait 1-2 or more seconds to click the next one...
Also... what happens, if I check giveaway while being in offline mode, to speed things up?

Are the wins/losses already loaded to my browser or it needs connection to check, if I won?
If it needs internet connection all the time, can I lost the won giveaway, while checking it offline? I am asking, because offline checked giveaways disappeared for me after going back to online shortly, what will happen if I checked the winning one this way?

Can I use Offline Mode to check giveaways quickly or there's some risk of losing game related to that, thus I should avoid doing it?

Also, is my fear even substantial, that is, can there ever happen a situation (for example because some bug or glitch) that I will win the game, it will be theoretically in my library, sticked to my account or whatever happens then... but it both won't count that I checked the giveaway AND it will disappear from completed giveaways, shearing me from an ability to check it?

I other words: can the page ever wait for me to check, if I won, while preventing me from doing this, thus making the game I won inaccessible? Or it's coded in a way preventing it, so I can freely use offline mode?
