How to offer removed games

I got some removed games from the golden Flash giveaway but I don't know how to offer them as trade or giveaway.
With the store page removed I don't know which link to enter. I see other non guranteed trades so I know it's possible but how?

normally, I could see why this would go unanswered and might even possibly be removed from the forums here. but currently, the massive giveaways (particularly the "Golden Flash" ones) are giving away the same old shovelware titles (from banned developers like digital homicide) that they are becoming actual piles in our libraries that we need some way of clearing out the titles quickly piling up. I'm sure that some people still haven't won certain titles and may want the opportunity. and it's not just this that has a problem. these same titles are also STILL included in the banned giveaways for having been given away on other sites, even though they were removed from Steam close to a year ago (in the case of the Zonitron titles, I think) or more. surely there has to be a discrete time limit THAT IG CAN ACTUALLY PUT IN THE RULES on how long things remain "banned"?

Thank you a lot. Thing I forgot to say, I saw someone offering Sleengster NOT guaranteed as a trade. Which was the initial impulse why I wrote this as it suprised me and I was wondering how it was possible.

I wish they would stop giving away those, they are simply terrible.
