Was it a "guaranteed" giveaway? Contact support. If it was "not guaranteed" then that's the risk you take: mark it with negative feedback and try again. These giveaways are from users and some users are acting in bad faith and creating fake giveaways in order to increase their level.

Hi, can you help please? it got locked again when I offered it in a trade as a bid to a different user, the trade is now expired, but now my game is locked.
