Same here. 3 challenges won, 0 keys. Looks like it may be a server sided error? How do we contact support? I tried emailing support@indiegala.com but it bounced back.

It happened to me too... (maybe you've already seen what I wrote.)
I didn't play the challenge since I posted it. I also emiled to contact@indiegala.com but no reply yet.
I hope this is a temporary error and also hoping that Indiegala will give the prizes soon.

it's been bugged since yesterday, and unfortunatelly it's the weekend so it's very possible it won't get fixed until Monday (which is understandable if that happens)
