I got hacked and they got into this account

I got hacked and they managed to get into some of my accounts. When i got to this one, there were some errors when i tried to log out, i'm sure they got here to. I already changed the password, logged out and in, but it's still giving me errors. Not sure what you guys can do. Maybe see what IPs and machines are logged in and logged them all out.

hi, thanks for the reply, this is the message i get every time i try to log out. To be clear i can still log out, but i get that msg every time
