I got7 Redeemed keys this week

This week I got like 12 keys but 7 of them are saying those keys were previously redeemed in my account.

That, at least, is not IndieGala's fault. What is IndieGala's responsibility is when it offers already used keys. Unfortunately they don't want be responsible for it.

tbf they did do it at first then certain people decided to lie to get free keys.as usual everyone who's innocent of doing it also felt the consequences

That's what I've read, but the truth is that IndieGala can have, if it wishes, control over the keys that it offers, not? Exactly the same way that controls the keys sold.
