I won two challenges but my keys are not showing up

I won two challenges, but when it was time to reveal the key I got an error message and when I refreshed the page, instead of showing me a key I got the message "NODATAFOUND".

If you got the message, that you won and:

1. there is no new Gift link on https://www.indiegala.com/library under "G.Giveaway" -> wait a bit. usually they will be there sooner or later. If that is not the case after an hour or so -> mail support.

2. there is a Gift link, but revealing the key shows NODATAFOUND -> mail support.

3. there is a Gift link, but the key says it has already been redeemed -> be sad for a second, remember it was free to begin with and try again next time.
