And guess what? Yep, I still get the goddamn "[e240] You are currently banned. Send an email to our support team." message. Is that a bad and not funny at all joke?..

Chuckled nervously Well... Looks like something is broken really bad

It's the same both in usual mode and in browser's incognito mode without IGHelper

Please PM me the emails of the users you think are my other accounts. Maybe we can agree on a schedule for visiting the site or some other measures that will help us protect ourselves from your paranoid "Skynet"...

It would be better if, instead of a buggy auto-ban system, functions such as hiding games already on the account, hiding DLC for games that are not on the account and adding uninteresting games to the blacklist were added to the giveaways page. All this is implemented on steamgifts, so it is quite possible to do it

Something really bad is going on with the site, I was unbanned like 4 times already but still get errors.

BTW, the "Sorry, due to high traffic on this page, we are having some issues handling your request. Retry later." returned too XD Is there anything else on this site that isn't buggy or broken?

Giveaways puts a huge strain on our resources, we get a lot of traffic for it. Takes a while to get to all the affected users when errors pop up. Please wait patiently and support will get back to you, usually during the week.

This, of course, can be treated with understanding. But still, it would be great if at least some information was provided to users. Why did the system suddenly ban quite a few people? Why do repeated bans occur? By what general principles are users recorded as "evil violators of the rules"? Can we, for our part, take any measures so that such situations arise as rarely as possible? It would be beneficial for everyone - users would not be cut off from the site, and the load on technical support would decrease
