Excuse me, but this is not the Jigsaw Puzzle Pack - Pixel Puzzles Ultimate:Christmas DLC, it's Pixel Puzzles 2: Christmas, it's not the same, it has completely different content!

@paula What course of action is appropiate on this case? I'm assuming I should give this one a negative feedback since the label of the giveaway don't match the item the key gives, right?

@paula This is what I got:

By the way, I already have this game here on my Indiegala library, sure you can check that. Don't need the same game twice.

Feedback is up to you. In this case, OPQuests listed the key as DLC, and that's what people got initially. Later keys were Pixel Puzzles 2: Christmas. That's how the mixup occurred, rather than the GA creator doing it intentionally.

A long time ago this same thing happened to me, it was a game that had the exact same name of another one but it wasn't the one that was advertised in the giveaway label, I contacted support because I didn't know what to do in that case, sadly I never got an answer from them and the system automatically gave a positive feedback on the giveaway because 3 days had passed since I won it. I'm pretty sure I read some rule or statement in here saying that mislabeled or misleading giveaways can receive negative feedback, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see if the OP answers, if not I'll give this giveaway a negative feedback for sure.

@paula OP never contacted me, so I gave the giveaway negative feedback, just for the records.
Did I understand correctly that you activated the key, but since this is not a dlc but a game, you did not like it?

And yet the key is activated, but you claim that you don't need the game twice, very interesting.

What they're saying is that they activated the key expecting DLC, but it was a different game. They are also saying that they had the game in their Indiegala library, which is different to their Steam library.

Obviously I'm not going to enter into a giveaway of a game that I already have, but I didn't know it was until I activated the key on Steam. The real problem here is the mismatch of the label in the giveaway and the key you gave, the content for the DLC for Pixel Puzzles Ultimate (that's a completely different game) it's not the same of Pixel Puzzles 2: Christmas (a full game), it may look similar, but is NOT THE SAME. Pixel Puzzles Ultimate has DLC's based on previously released Pixel Puzzles games like PP2: Birds and PP: UndeadZ with the EXACT same content of those games, sadly this is not the case with this Christmas DLC, the Christmas DLC has completely new content.

And no, I'm not lying, I have that game since 2021:

You are free to blacklisting me if that makes you happy, I can live with that. And @paula if I'm wrong, can you please share some light on this matter or at least give us a clarification? it will be very useful in order to know what to do the next time this happens, for me it's the second time since I registered.

I understand that this is absolutely not the game you joined, if I had known that this was not a DLC but a game that I do not have, I would have activated it myself on my acc. There has never been a time on OPQuest when I was given an activated key, and in general I trust the site. If you say that you have had the game for a long time, how did it turn out to be activated? After your feedback, I tried to activate the game on my account.
And I'm not 10 years old to do such nonsense as blacklisting someone and be happy about it. I want to understand, you are so correct that you decided to activate the key, but saw that it was not what you wanted. Then you set dislike because that's what it says in the rules. And you're lying about activating the game with this key. Or the key was already activated. I repeat, I tend to trust Opquests. P.S. I already gave out 2 activated keys once, and I had no complaints about them, I didn't even dispute those dislikes.

As you can see from the pictures, they had the game on Indiegala before they won it. If you're not aware, Indiegala has its own client, as well as DRM free downloads of various games. This is completely separate from Steam.

OPQuest are usually fine, but keys I got from them for Particula and Hentai Memory were both duped. In this case, the issue is that some of the keys they gave out were the DLC they listed, while others were for a different full game.

As ausf said, I already have the game since 2021 on the INDIEGALA CLIENT, this has nothing to do with Steam. I activated the key you gave me on STEAM because I thought it was the DLC for Pixel Puzzles Ultimate, but once I activated it, I notice it was Pixel Puzzles 2: Christmas, and sadly once you activate a key in a Steam account, there's no turning back. I wish I knew it was a completely different thing or a game that already had so I didn't even bother joining the giveaway in first place.
