It doesn't activate the key because I have a non-removable free license.

You can (should be able) remove it:
In Steam app library section open game info page, click on support under picture of game and find I want to permanently remove this game from my account theme, click it and... choose your destiny. Warning!!! This option can (will) remove game with ALL dlcs!
