If you scan a fraudulent QR code, it could send you to a website that can put malware on your phone. The next thing you know, a scammer has your information. That could expose your bank account, email, and any accounts linked to either.

Obviously, even with password, it's impossible to decode this string without knowing a service that was used to encode it, and there is no hint to what it was (or we totally missed this hint, yes).

actually, I noticed it from the start, and used graphic editor to view it. but it did not help me much.

I saw it right away just by pulling the mouse over the picture, just didn't comment. It's all just a joke
