Bout to get this underway.
I couldn't use twister, it needs a MUCH larger scale to be set than the user count and basically was only useful if you had a random number already to start the process (such as a million bits of game data changing in the background), but I been testing the heck out of it to make sure every number showed up an its fair and random...its still my own work.
I took so damn long I'm gonna have to give the users that won a bit of time before the public one, especially since I didn't even get a response to join it. If they don't come back, games move to the public raffle.
Got a few more minor adjustments, few more test runs to ensure every number shows up and i'll be posting the winners i a picture, tags, DM, etc...just don't expect a pretty wheel or graphics--I did it in low level C in a Console app lmao...maybe down the road.
First winner, first choice, so hopefully people I didn't hear from are around in the shadows.
Be back REALLY soon this time, promise lol.

I'm absolutely burnt out after programming half the day (mostly digging into twister), which is mathematically insane, even to me lol...its been awhile at that, getting rusty heh.
I apologize for the long wait...if the runners up want to send me two (@vic-viper) and three choices (@maxlevch)...Humble IOU is still an option even as a 2nd or 3rd choice.
In that case I'll send you a locked message just saying IOU to keep track until its available so it doesn't get confusing.
Again, those would go in order of Winners.
