If you use the SteamDB plugin, it gets even more confusing because it's like they migrated the Non-Gold packages to the Gold store page.
Here's why I asked for your help, I already used another key to activate that game on my account, then I tried your key twice (in the steam-client)
it said "Product Already Owned" so I tried again to activate it on the web-browser version and got "Product Already Owned"
I was testing to see if it would consume the key or not, so if anybody ever wondered, now you know. Thanks for your help.

Edit: Also, if anybody is wondering, I got the key from the same website as others who are making giveaways for the game here. On their twitch page the guy was asked if the keys were "Gold Edition" and he responded that they were a mix of "Gold Edition" and "Non-Gold" so they're random.

The first image is SubID 35567
The second image is SubID 81734 (cropped, it has more DLC listed below that for the old Non-Gold version)
It shows up as green if you own the game (using SteamDB Browser Plugin)
it might actually be "Gold Edition" but I'm not sure, the green one says Panzer Corps, then it says (Panzer Corps Gold)
it shows up in my library as "Panzer Corps" it doesn't say the part about (Panzer Corps Gold)
I'm not going to download it to check, if you download it and figure it out, let the rest of us know
For now, I'm just happy I own it (whatever it is)

This seems like the game itself is named "Panzer Corps Gold", but it has a SubID named "Panzer Corps" which might indicate that they just renamed the game to sell it with bundled with all the DLC or something.

So I have the "Non-Gold Edition" and if I try to activate a key for "Gold Edition", does it say "Product Already Owned"?

If the version you have is just the base game, then if you try to activate a key for the base game + DLC, like the "Gold Version" of this game, the key activates and gives you the DLC.

Can I have it?
It worked. Gold version.

Is it the "real" Gold Version or is it just the base game without the DLC, can you check the game's page and confirm, you might need to click on "Package Info" to check the DLC.
