I actually thought you said legacy because the requirments on Steam mentioned older windows versions, and I tried the code on Steam

That was my fault for not checking how long it had been sitting, waiting a little bit maybe...since I doubt any bots would be stealing legacy games, but it was long past that.
My notification delay on IG (and lack of checking the time) actually made me the fool there
EDIT:
I'm glad he had a spare regardless myself, but that one was on me.
