I solved this as E9QQ9-L8544-BBERM but got a "Duplicate Product Code", looks like someone also got to this - I guess the post is too old to edit a strikethrough into?

Not sure about TWOM as I solved that too but forgot I already had the game so when I tried to activate it, it just told me that I already had the game but didn't say anything about it already being active.

I wonder if there's 2 reasons for it to fail if it prioritizes stating one or the other. Probably the only way to tell is by having someone lacking the game input it.
The last 3 pages (going back) actually dive deep into that concept...this post has a picture that shows the exact order. l still haven't really figured out the layout used in it yet since I was just trying to help someone figure it out at the time...and others answered the question.

It was based on if a region lock would be shown before a duplicate key...but the picture in the post below has all scenarios.

In this case, if you own the game that will ALWAYS show first, a USED key will show only if you don't own the game.

An entirely invalid key (not even a valid product code) would show before either of those.

Anything more than that I don't have a direct answer for.

Whats that do? Which is an obvious answer
Well, it helps SteamDB and it catches the occational dupe. However, in most cases the bot will say "AlreadyPurchased (bot already owns this)" and that could still be a dupe, or most likely a good key, so I then use it for a giveaway or a keydrop depending on how good I feel about the key/source.
