It's glitched in a weird way, if you're logged into Steam in your Browser, you will see "Install Steam" and "Play Now" buttons, at least I see it like that because I own it. If you're not logged in, you don't see any buttons, not even the "Play Game" button. You can check the difference between these 2 games while you're not logged in and you'll see what I mean, there's no way to obtain "Two Brothers", you can't buy it, but when you search the name it shows up as FREE (the price) just search the name on steam, you'll see what I mean. Maybe you can obtain it for free using SteamDB, but I can't figure out how else (other than by using the Steam Key that I'm offering)
