Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's that one, though the SteamDB extension just called it only A.R.E.S. when I tried to activate it.

In my opinion, this is a very good game. A kind of attempt by indie developers to make their own Megaman, but not make people suffer when playing it. Not too long, not difficult (I didn't even notice the difference between normal and high difficulty), looks pretty decent. For one or two evenings you can have a good time.
