I know it may be hard for you to believe but I am an adult and elder than you (I assume your birthday is 1989). I have spiritual beliefs eventhough I am pure atheist. These beliefs include do not drink alcohol, do not use drugs, do not smoke, be vegan (Do not eat meat even if you even may die), do not eat much, do sports, do not use bad words, do not sleep more than 5 hours, only take shower with cold water, shave all body hair at least once per 3 days, do a special kinda meditation (you stay awake for 24 hours while standing on one foot while you have nearly naked (except; underwear.) If you fail you will get 10 min punishment. Also; you cannot talk, eat or sleep. You are allowed to poop or pee but; you have to poop to your underwear so it is recommended to meditate when you are thirsthy and hungry), never pick flower from ground unless you need to, do not believe in clairvoyance, faith, determinism and be totally celibate and punish yourself lighly if you violate these rules. I live like this for 8 years and it really changed my life. So; I seriously cannot understand your sexual jokes or something like those. When I do, it gives me creeps and disgust. And my belief system dictates me not to use bad words and after I did; I ran 15 km during middle of the night and haven't slept for 48 hours as punishment. This is my belief guys, I hoped you would become more understanding.
