Nope not for giveaways. You probably are missing some background info on how Steam-keys work.

I'm sure they find a way to give the key as used on Steam.
It's quite weird that when a game is given and a bot snatches it, there is always a giveaway created.
Or maybe i'm looking way too much on it.

Either way, my best advice is to not post keys in the forums, just write that you have the game, wait for someone to want it and PM them with said key.

Indeed - and waiting for the nighttime will not help against the bots...

Luck or not, the vast majority of keys i take are posted at night, around 2-4 PM.
