Perhaps that is the case why Steam decide to separate Soundtracks from the whole need base game to activate issue. And it could be that the finicky gamer wants a higher audio quality than what Spotify free can offer but doesn't wish to dish out 10 bucks a month just to be able to listen to higher quality and ad free (besides soundtracks seems to go for lower than $10). Also he gets to keep it for life. Yep you've made an argument I can somewhat relate to. That kind of makes sense now....all other genres are not their cup of tea. But they still like the kick-ass OST from Sayonara Wild Hearts, which at launch was most easily available to buy through Steam.
