It's rather confusing!

On that page, it has two paragraphs below each other with different dates for the games: "You can claim the code for Frostpunk and Journey to the Savage Planet until January 3rd, 2022, 09:00 PST (17:00 CEST)." but then "Codes for Frostpunk and Journey to the Savage Planet obtained from Amazon Prime Gaming can be redeemed on GOG.COM until January 5th, 2022, 23:59 PST."

And apparently the key redemption page may display yet another, third different expiry date like Legolas mentioned?
