Please leave a negative feedback if you win this to help deter further rule violations.
Where are these rules that state this? I looked, and I can't find them.

They don't exist. They made up the rule. Also, to show how little they understand the rules of this site, or how it works, this is a guaranteed giveaway, meaning that automatic positive feedback is left.

Why are you concerned? This isn't even your giveaway.

Your answer:

They don't exist. They made up the rule. Also, to show how little they understand the rules of this site, or how it works, this is a guaranteed giveaway, meaning that automatic positive feedback is left.
And you need to stop telling people that I'm "making up" rules.

I'm telling the truth from the information that has been provided to me.

You made them up. You asked a leading question. Got ignored. Then just ran with it anyway. You should stop encouraging people to leave negative feedback based on made up rules, or maybe you'll get banned by the very rules you seem to like so much.

Not only do you not understand rules, you don't seem to understand words either. Truth?

To further highlight just how wrong you are, you're encouraging people to leave negative feedback on a guaranteed giveaway. Really? Do you not see how stupid that is?
Why are you concerned? This isn't even your giveaway.
The ultimate in irony. I would ask you the same thing.

To answer your question though, they, like me, were probably interested in knowing the actual truth of what the rules are, not the imaginary rules that only exist in your head.
