lack of feedback got me stuck

Hi all

My last two giveways (good and rare occurence on IG) s have not been claimed by their winners, and since then i can't raise to LEVEL 1 because of missing positive feedback

1-Should i make a new giveway with the same Steam Key risking negative feedback by a new winner if one the original winner activated it and didn't leave feedback.

3- is there any way to cancel a completed giveways that seem unclaim
4-i try to conctact one of them via STEAM wit no succes

After a bit of time, if no feedback is given, it will default to positive and you will get your points. just wait it out rather than risking it.

Well this isnt always true cause i've been waiting since 27 september when the giveaways finished for 3 giveaways that i have yet to get feedback from. i've had to email customer support and yet to get a response from them with regards to this. If its over 7 days which i think is the time it takes for indiegala to default out as you say, then it should have happened by now for me anyway.

Made a giveaway, which ended on teh 17th Dec. Winner did not leave feedback. How long does it usually take before it defaults to automatic positive feedback? Although not enough to get me to lvl 1, it will remove half of the 3760 points i require which is a hefty chunk.

It used to be 3 days, then 7 days, and the second last spate of giveaways I did it took just over 2 weeks, and others were posting to the forum then that they'd had ungiven feedback nearing 2 weeks then too.

you are just missing positive feedback. In my case i got negative one.
100% sure my key is good one (got duplicate from ramdom steam key).
Winner visited steam 139 days ago (so he doesnt check that key)
So sad.

i refuse to claim giveaways cuz you can only see if you won by doing 20 at a time.

i refuse to do 20 at a time, cuz i have thousands i have to go through. im not wasting my time like that. screw that lol

i have to check like 2000+ giveaways. and i wont cuz im too lazy
