For the others who grabbed the game as a zip and extracted the files only to get an error when running larry.exe. The file names are incorrect. There is a unicode character in some of the file name that should be a file path separator. The file name looks like "DataAudioCRIadx.afs" but this should be extracted as adx.afs in the <extraction folder>\Data\Audio\CRI folder. Attached is a screen shot of part of the folder structure after renaming to get an idea of how to recreate the directory structure
