Limit IC on Giveaways

Hi with all the need to ban fake giveaway users right now creating key farmer accounts.
Wouldnt it just be easier to set a new limit to what giveaways could give.
Like maybe 15-20IC and XP to 2000, would block the farmer accounts from leveling in 24 hours,
They would need many more giveaways before reaching the sweet level 7, and would probraly
get caught before reaching it cause people could afford to join the giveaways.

It sucks seeing a level 7 user with 20-25 giveaways, knowing he cheated with fakes vs
those who actually spend money to level with 200-1500 giveaways.

IC Price and XP returns needs an overhaul. And it would stop fake giveaways.

And make something automatic so DLC's offer 50% XP, cause people dont always see its a dlc
then they cant check if the key is good if they dont own the basic game

I agree on there is too many fake giveaway users right now. If for some reason they don't want to readjust the exp foruma there's another easy solution they could do.is simple not allow any higher value giveaway to any user who hasn't purchased anything from the store. Cause people aren't just going to spend money on fake accounts just to key farm. This would be a win both for IG and its legit users.

nah keyfarmers would gladly spend 3 euro to get a highlevel account to farm keys to resell..

simply - you can't earn more than 10 IC per level for single giveaway
0th level can max get 10IC for his giveaway
1st lvl - 15 IC
2nd lvl - 20 IC
...

All this is unecessary if you weed out the bad seeds (key farmers) anyway

Would be hard for them since probraly over 50% is keyfarmers

Don't agree with that, spending 3 or 5 dollars for each account and only to get more chances of winning who knows what game keys is not what I call keyfarming, and makes totally unpractical for them.

Well ive made giveaways for games up to 40$ won in contests, if they win just one of these kind of giveaways and sell thats 30 accounts there...

It may not deter all key farmers but will atleast lower the amount,
But what you gonna do about all the existing accounts?
Would be good if IndieGala could do a manual check of all the high level accounts with low giveaways and see if anyone actually gave the postive feedback or it was just auto positive feedback.

Would be easier to make a automated app checking XP vs giveaway numbers.
